Schools and daycares install SafeStep kiosks at entry/exit points. When a child's band comes within 2 meters, the kiosk automatically detects it via BLE. The person picking up must verify their identity through multi-factor biometric authentication(fingerprint + face + PIN). Only pre-authorized guardians can check out a child. Every event is logged with timestamp, photo, and GPS coordinates for a court-admissible custody trail.
